LRM Leadership
Established and guided by the world’s leading authority on growth factor medicine, LRM’s clinical and leadership team has assembled to develop life-changing wound-care medications and skin rejuvenation products.
Dr. Lynch is a pioneer in regenerative medicine. He is one of the world’s foremost authorities on the use of growth factors for tissue regeneration. He has over 250 publications and patents, given hundreds of lectures in over 25 countries and is the lead Editor on two textbooks on tissue engineering and growth factors. He holds two doctorates, one from Harvard Medical School (DMSc), where he has received the Distinguished Alumnus award.
He is also a highly successful serial biotech CEO and company founder in the regenerative medicine field and has been recognized as one of the individuals with the most significant impact on the advancement of biologic medicines in the United States.
While he thinks of himself first and foremost as a translational scientist, what he really loves is building close-knit teams and watching them thrive.
With over 28 years of leadership and management experience, Rob focuses on team building, executive mentorship, and business development.
Rob served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy. He holds a BS degree in Marine Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an MS Degree in Engineering Management from George Washington University.
Rob was most recently at Allergan Aesthetics, leading a sales team of six Area Sales Directors, 47 Regional Sales Managers, and 380 Business Development Managers. As the US VP of Sales, he was responsible for a $2B budget and the growth of the Botox® Cosmetic, Juvéderm® Collection of fillers, and Kybella® brands.
Rob also sits on the Board of Directors for Lynch Regenerative Medicine.

Charlie Hee is an experienced translational scientist and strategic leader with over 20 years of industry and research experience.
Trained in tissue engineering, Charlie has a keen interest in novel product applications incorporating stem cells, growth factors, and biologic scaffolds to drive regenerative healing. With experience in orthopaedics and aesthetics, Charlie has leveraged his broad experience with growth factors and novel biomaterials and device technologies in order to develop products in the area of tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.
Most recently, Charlie served as the Vice President of Device R&D at Allergan Aesthetics, with responsibility for Device Product Development, Biological Research, and Biomaterials and Drug Delivery in support of Allergan Aesthetics Fillers, Plastics, Regenerative Medicine, and Body Contouring franchises. Prior to that, Charlie served as an Associate Director at Biomimetic Therapeutics, leading the scientific research evaluating Platelet-Derived Growth Factor-BB (PDGF-BB) for orthopaedic and sports medicine applications.
Charlie earned his PhD in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
Charlie is inspired by the potential that an innovative, differentiated technology has to make a real impact on people’s lives.
With over 36 years of experience, Ginger is accomplished professional in corporate financial and accounting operations, with well-honed expertise obtained through serving in executive management positions within the healthcare and biotechnology sectors for the past 20 years.
A Certified Public Accountant, Ginger is skilled at supporting organizations through periods of rapid growth as well as those of restructuring, post-merger integration, wind down and liquidation. With credentials in financial control, treasury functions, finance strategy, transaction management, taxation, and litigation support for healthcare organizations, she also has specialized experience in SEC reporting, initial public offering (IPO), due diligence and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) Act compliance.
Ginger spent 10 years at BioMimetic Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: BMTI) and Wright Medical Group (NASDAQ: WMGI) in the biotechnology and medical device sector. She has worked for Lynch Biologics, LLC for the past 7 years (pre & post sale to Geistlich Pharmaceuticals.)
Ginger is a graduate of Lipscomb University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
She is inspired by working with a great team dedicated to bringing products to the market that will provide healing and comfort to others.
For over 28 years Peter has been leading teams in complex environments. From intense military operations to steering corporate and commercial teams through disruptive industry changes, Peter has focused on designing, implementing, and refining solutions that drive efficiency, scale, and growth.
After nearly 10 years as a Naval Aviator, Peter joined the civilian workforce in the Life Sciences sector serving in roles in all facets of Commercial Operations. Most recently, Peter spent nearly 15 years with Allergan Aesthetics where he led operational functions in manufacturing, customer operations, strategic planning, pricing and loyalty programs, contracting, and sales operations.
As Vice President of Commercial Operations, Peter thrives in environments that demand innovative thinking and complex problem-solving. His passion lies in building high-performing teams capable of adapting to rapid industry changes while delivering sustainable results. He has guided operations for over 40,000 customers, generating $4 billion in sales, and led strategic initiatives that transformed customer engagement, streamlined processes, and optimized performance.
Peter holds a BS degree in Chemistry from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from the UC Irvine Paul Merage School of Business.
Jennifer Tutt is a career Quality Assurance professional with over 29 years of experience at several pharmaceutical / biopharmaceutical companies, including Amgen, Hospira, and, most recently Smith+Nephew.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in microbiology with a minor in chemistry from the University of Texas at Arlington. Her areas of expertise include quality assurance, quality systems, product stability, quality engineering, root cause analysis, contract manufacturing QA oversight, and equipment/process validation. Her top two strengths are building robust and compliant quality systems and staff development.
What inspires her most about working at LRM is seeing the growth of an amazing product portfolio that is benefiting so many patients.
Dr. Lynch is among the most influential and accomplished figures in the field of growth factor medicine research and application.


A legacy of scientific excellence in regenerative medicine
Dr. Lynch holds a Doctor of Medical Sciences (DMSc) degree from Harvard Medical School and a specialty certification in periodontology from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. With over 150 patents and 120 publications, Dr. Lynch has founded and led several medical device and biotechnology companies and was instrumental in the development of many of the world’s leading regenerative medicine brands.
He is the founder and CEO of Lynch Regenerative Medicine (LRM), and previously founded and sold Lynch Biologics and BioMimetic Therapeutics, which he grew into a publicly-traded company on Nasdaq [BMTI], and sold in 2013 for approximately $400 million.


With a once-in-a-generation scientific curiosity that traveled all the way from a farm in rural Illinois to the graduate halls and laboratories of Harvard University, Dr. Lynch has remained focused on developing regenerative and rejuvenative solutions for skin disorders, deficiencies, and aging. In recognition of these achievements, he has received numerous awards and honors, including the Entrepreneur of the Year award from the Southeast Medical Device Association, Harvard Alumnus of the Year, and Southern Illinois Alumnus of the Year.




He also served for nearly eight years on the governing Board of Directors of Vanderbilt University Medical Center, a top 15 medical center in the United States with approximately 30,000 employees and $7 billion in annual revenues, where he has chaired both the Audit & Compliance Committee and the Compensation & Leadership Development Committee. He also serves as the Chairman of the Life Sciences Tennessee Foundation, a nonprofit organization he and his wife, Dr. Leslie Lynch, founded in 2007 to promote K-12 STEM education.
